Thin Coal Seam Hydraulic Support is a specialized fully hydraulic powered support designed specifically for underground coal mining operations where the mining height is relatively low, typically ranging from 0.6 to 2.0 meters. It is engineered to provide reliable roof support, improve working safety, and ensure efficient coal extraction in thin coal seam conditions.

Compared with conventional hydraulic supports, this type features a compact structure, low overall height, reduced weight, and high structural rigidity, making it suitable for narrow mining spaces. It adopts an advanced hydraulic control system that enables rapid setting, advancing, and roof yielding, effectively adapting to roof deformation and ground pressure changes.

The support generally consists of a base, top beam, shield beam, caving shield, hydraulic props, connecting rods, hydraulic control valves, hoses, and base jacks. Common configurations include two-leg shield type and four-leg chock-shield type, both optimized for stability and anti-tilting performance.
