Cast forged plain steel lower shock mounts 5/8" eye for front end kit
These forged steel shock mounts are positioned below a spring-over type solid axle and mount eye secures into spring perch bolt. Shock absorber eye bolts into 5/8 stud on mount and is secured by nylon locking nut and washer. Found on early Ford solid axle. Kit contains two mounts, two nylon locking nut, two plain washers. Steel lower shock mount design is stronger than the competition and incorporates a key slot to stop the rotation other brands suffer from. Machining of matching key slot into perch bolts may be required. Stud for the shock eye mount is 5/8".
